LETROZOLE BASIC INFORMATION
Letrozole  is the most powerful aromatase inhibitor going. It will practically shut your body down from producing estrogen. This is mostly used as a pre-contest drug for bodybuilders wanting to eliminate any estrogen related bloating. This drug will eliminate 98% or more of estrogen production in your body. AROMASIN BASIC INFORMATION
Aromasin (Exemestane) is a steroidal third generation aromatase inhibitor. This inhibitor work differently from the the type II inhibitors as rather than block the enzyme that converts hormone to estrogen, it bonds with the enzyme eliminating it’s ability to bond and convert the hormone to estrogen. The difference being for the user is that this inhibitor will continue to limit the ability even after discontinuance of use. Unlike type II inhibitors that block the ability of the enzyme to bond with the receptors it acts on the enzyme itself making it ineffective. Your body will need to produce more of the enzyme and until then it will effectively have no enzyme in your body to down regulate and create estrogen.

The advantages of this drug in comparison is that it will not be limited by the use of Nolvadex (Tamoxifen Citrate). Nolvadex counters the effects of Type II aromatase inhibitors. So you can use it with aromatase blockers like Nolvadex. This is a great combo for PCT.

ARIMIDEX BASIC INFORMATION
Arimidex (Anastrozole) is the a Type II non-steroidal aromatase inhibitor. It prevents the enzyme that converts hormones to estrogen from bonding that the receptor. It is over 50% effective at reducing the conversion of testosterone to estrogen. Although originally developed as a treatment for breast cancer, it has become a popular staple for performance enhancing athletes for reducing the side effects of excessive estrogen from androgen down regulation.

Arimidex is quite effective at suppressing estrogen down regulation and so you do run some risks with this drug in regards to negative effect of low estrogen. Low estrogen effects blood lipid profile, joints, and immune system function.

CLOMID BASIC INFORMATION
Clomid (Clomiphene Citrate) is an estrogen blocker much like Nolvadex. While it has been claimed that Clomid “stimulates” production of leutenizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone and therefore of testosterone, in fact Clomid’s activity is achieved not by stimulation of the hypothalamus and pituitary, but by blocking their inhibition by estrogen. Clomid is a activator/blocker which, when bound to the estrogen receptor, puts it in a somewhat different conformation (shape) than does estradiol. The estrogen receptor requires binding of an estrogen or drug at its binding site and also the binding of any of several cofactors at different sites. Without the binding of the cofactor, the estrogen receptor is inactive. Different tissues use different cofactors.

Clomid also has the property of reducing the adverse effect of exercise-induced damage of muscle tissue. This is very significant for endurance athletes but is not very significant, if at all significant, with reasonable weight training. Clomid does not perceptibly affect gains of the weight trainer either favorably or adversely. Clomid is useful throughout a cycle if aromatizable drugs are being used.

NOLVADEX BASIC INFORMATION
Nolvadex  (Tamoxifen Citrate) is similar to Clomid. It is an estrogen agonist/antagonist that is used for reducing the side effects of excess estrogen when on cycle and for re-establishing testosterone levels during PCT. Nolvadex works by occupying the estrogen receptors which keep the estrogen from bonding and producing estrogen related issue. This does not reduce the estrogen, but simply replaces it in the receptors and thus mitigate estrogen related problems such as gynecomastia, water retention, high blood pressure, etc. It also works great for post cycle recover raising both leutenizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone in order to raise testosterone in the body.
